This means that they're almost ALWAYS in better condition than what I list them as. The reason that I do this is to coincide with Goldmine's grading standards. For instance, titles that have been given a VG+ or VG grade, MAY have surface scratches, but MAY NOT have any surface noise, etc. The exception MAY be titles that have been given a Good or Fair grade (Bargain Bin titles) but again, this isn't always the case.
